Ingredients
- 2 Pitaya Foods Dragon Fruit Smoothie Packs or 2 cups Pitaya Foods Dragon Fruit bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp RAW Honey

Directions

Remove packaging and place frozen dragon fruit packs/cubes in a large bowl, thawing until no longer frozen (use a microwave or convection oven for faster thawing)

Once thawed, mix in RAW honey and taste test for desired sweetness. For a sweeter jam, add more honey

In a medium size mason jar (or similar, as long as it air seals), add all ingredients and mix to combine

After the ingredients are evenly stirred, seal and refrigerate for 3 hours or until desired thickness is reached

Put in cereal, on toast, sliced bananas, or on a PB&J
