- 1/2 - 1 cup chopped Kale (or about 3 leaves minus the stalks)
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 frozen Banana
- 1/4 tsp fresh Ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground Turmeric
- Dash black Pepper (small pinch)
